Shaun Killa, the internationally renowned architect is the man who conceptualized this amazing edifice—a stunning building shaped like an oblong ring. The steel structure came into being after as many as 1024 pieces were put together with the use of robotic technology. The engravings on the building are of quotes of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum that have enlightened people like us for ages. The stunning calligraphy is by Mattar bin Lahej.
